How to apply textures in Paint Tool SAI
It's my first time to make a tutorial, sorry for my bad english. This is more of a tutorial how I do it so sorry in advance if some of the techniques seem ineffective for you.

My start sai button doesn't work and you forgot to add the papertextures document to paste in the bmp data.
for example "1,papertex\1 (16).bmp"
without them, sai won't show up the patterns
